DNS Lookup
Enter a domain and this tool queries all the common record types live through Cloudflare's DNS-over-HTTPS resolver — the same answers a mail server or browser would get, shown in one table.
What do the DNS record types mean?
A and AAAA map the name to IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, MX names the mail servers, TXT holds verification and SPF policies, NS lists the authoritative nameservers, CNAME is an alias, and SOA carries the zone's administrative data.
Why do my DNS changes not show up yet?
Resolvers cache answers for the record's TTL, often minutes to hours. This tool asks a live public resolver, so it reflects what most of the internet currently sees — which can lag a fresh change.
This tool also lives in the homepage tool drawer alongside 17 others. Browse everything on the tools page or look up any address with the IP lookup.
